Throw and chase

When isolated and up front faced with limited options, one tactic to use can be to simply throw the ball into the scoring zone and chase after your opponent, aiming to tackle them just as they pick up the ball and therefore scoring!

This prevents you from being tackled initially and gives you the chance to score. If you don't score, your opponent still has to attack from deep.
