Passing and retaining possession

A key skill for any good team is the ability to retain the ball. This prevents having to defend so much and makes attacking easier!

Keep moving the ball around quickly and try not to pass flat or long as this will make your players vulnerable to tackles and interceptions. At this stage keep passes aimed at players rather than into space. Sometimes passing backwards is the only option, it's far better than being tackled.
